The neutral blue pigment is intended for sandy blonde hair color. It pairs exceptionally well with mature skin. It is recommended for clients with cool hair tones. The pigment particles are finely dispersed. It is exceptionally fluid and requires dilution only with a special diluent to adjust the pigment concentration.

HOW TO USE

It can be implanted with greater intensity: the fine particles and warm base prevent deep penetration of the pigment. It can be mixed with Gray Harbor for a beautiful neutral brown tone.

REACTION TO LASER

The pigment particles fragment easily and are quickly removed from the skin.
