Pure Dusty Rose is not recommended for treating cool-toned lips. In such cases, the manufacturer suggests mixing it with Salted Caramel in a 1:1 ratio. It can be used undiluted for dense fillings. For a watercolor lip effect, consider adding a few drops of diluent.

HOW TO USE
